Our Company was incorporated in Malaysia on 2 January 1997 under the Companies act, 1965 as a private limited company under the name ZHULIAN CORPORATION SDN BHD. Subsequently on 28 February of the same year, the Company was converted into a public listed company and assumed our present name. On 27 April 2007, ZHULIAN CORPORATION BERHAD was officially listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities").
